Online court

Online Court, sometimes referred to as ecmCourt or eForum, is a virtual court designed to replace the need for physical court attendance for case management.

Online Court is available only to legal practitioners (and support staff nominated to post messages to Online Court on the practitioner's behalf - see Practice Note SC Gen 12). Online Court is not available to litigants or non-parties.

In the Supreme Court of  New South Wales, Online Court is currently available for matters commenced and case managed in the Equity Division, Revenue List. This List is currently managed by the Honourable Justice White. Participation in an OnLine Court forum is by invitation only. His Honour Justice White will make directions for the parties to register and use Online Court to conduct directions hearings or deal with consent matters.

Registering for an Online Court account

Please complete the  registration formand send it by email to An email confirmation will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of your application.

The registered user should then contact the Chambers of HH Justice Whiteand advise of  registration. The Associate will then add the registered user to the Online Court forum and enable participation in that forum and receive any updates / emails of recorded orders / directions and / or posted messages.
