The following Uniform Civil forms have been approved for use in the Court of Appeal and may all be downloaded from the UCPR Civil Forms website.

Parties to a hearing or proceedings before the Court of Appeal are required to email a list of authorities to the President's Researcher, in accordance with paras 27 to 33 of the Practice Note No. SC CA 1. In certain circumstances, hard copies of authorities relied upon will need to be lodged in the authorities' box on Level 12 of the Supreme Court Building (see paras 29 and 32 of the Practice Note)
