Re-location of court document access services to the Level 5 Registry

Regular visitors to the Registry may have noticed some changes to the its operations this week that will make accessing our services more convenient.

With immediate effect, all  Registry services are now available on Level 5, rather than split across two floors. All clients or approved copying firms who need to view, uplift or copy court documents or subpoenaed material can do so from our main registry on Level 5, instead of Level 4.

When you arrive on Level 5, simply take a ticket for “Subpoena/File access” services, wait for your number to display, and proceed to the new dedicated counter 12. Counter 12 is located at the rear of the public registry waiting area, on the Phillip Street side of the building, just past the Duty Registrar’s office.

The Registry welcomes any feedback on, or suggested improvements to, the new arrangements, which can be sent by email to sc.feedback@justice.nsw.gov.au.
