Reissued Proceeds of Crime & Criminal Assets Practice Note SC CL 10

On 17 December 2021, the Chief Justice reissued Practice Note SC CL 10 with immediate commencement.

The changes are as follows:

Para 3: a further definition to refer to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Cth);
Para 5: adding the acronym POCA, and
Related information: including a link to the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 (Cth).

The Practice Note retains its reference to the 1987 Act as that legislation has not been repealed.
